2. When filling out benefits and promotions details, unmark the V if you do not want to receive emails or text messages from the company. We promise to send only interesting and attractive things and not to bother you too much.
3. Pricing on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4. In case the product ordered are out of stock, we will update you. In this case, you can wait for the stock to be renewed according to our expectations, select alternative products or get your money back- your choice.
5. The site is secure and the information entered into the system kept confidential through data encryption (SSL). Credit card details are also transmitted via a secure server and encrypted with SSL technology.
   * All credit cards except diners can be used on the site.
6. Your confidentiality and privacy are important to us and therefore we use advanced security technology. In addition, your personal details will not be disclosed to external parties.
7. Cancellation of order – Your order can be cancelled or changed as long as it has not been shipped.
8. Returns – You can return a product if you are not satisfied within one week of delivery, unused, as new, in its original packaging.
9. Deliveries – There are several delivery options as shown on the payment page on the website, including price.

   * Delivery to a pickup point in Israel
   * Delivery outside Israel – Not available on the site as of 1/1/2023
10. All rights to the designs, logos, etc. are reserved to the Company and may not be used without the Company’s approval.
11. The main benefits of the Products are based on naturopathy, for informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in case of known intolerance for one or more of the ingredients
12. The ADVA team guarantees a personal service and kindness during and after your shopping experience. Customer service is important to us, and our top priority is your satisfaction.
13. Our company does not work on Saturdays. Therefore orders placed during Saturday / Holiday will be completed and processed on the next business day.
    Invoices are automatically generated from an external computerized system. Therefore, the receipt of the invoice and the confirmation of receipt of the automatic order do not constitute confirmation of the transaction. But only the approval of the transaction and its handling on the business day after the date.
