How to use essential oils
Smell- with the help of an oil burner. Light a candle at the bottom of the burner and in the top bowl fill with a little water / coarse salt and drip 4-5 drops of the oil.
Bath- Fill a bath with warm water and drip 6-7 drops of the oil.
Spread- In a dark glass vial / earthenware bowl fill a carrier oil like almonds / grape seeds / olive oil and drip a few drops. And apply to the desired treatment area.
